ContentsMargin	(3) margin around contents used to size the header.
TextToIconSpace	(3) space that is allocated between icon and text if both exist [sets QStyle::PM_HeaderMargin]
MarkSize	(9) size of the sort indicator in a header [sets QStyle::PM_HeaderMarkSize]
