Matches a string against a given wildcard.

The wildcard supports '*' (".*" in regex) and '?' ("." in regex), not more.

Parameters:

candidate	Text to match
wildcard	Wildcard to use
caseSensitive	Case-sensitivity flag

Returns:

True for an exact match, false otherwise
