| RangedDataList-class {IRanges} | R Documentation |
A formal list of RangedData
objects. Extends and inherits all its methods from
Sequence. One use case is to group together
all of the samples from an experiment generating data on ranges.
RangedDataList(...): Concatenates the
RangedData objects in ... into a new RangedDataList.
stack(x, indName = "sample"): Concantenates the elements
of x into a RangedData, with a column
named by indName that groups the records by their original
element in x.
