Detailed Description

A PdfInputStream that decrypts all data read using the RC4 encryption algorithm

Read data from the input stream

Parameters:

	pBuffer	the data will be stored into this buffer
	lLen	the size of the buffer and number of bytes that will be read

Returns:: the number of bytes read, -1 if an error ocurred and zero if no more bytes are available for reading.
